Half day off at work today
I was extremely productive!
I worked out and started doing personal training again. I also really want to start hot yoga and just eating better. Cut out sweets, diet pop, and not eat as many carbs. I definitely need to eat more protein and veggies. I hope to lose 15 pounds by summer and tone up. I think I can do it…
Tonight I plan on finishing up some laundry, painting my nails, watch Flyers vs Capitols, and then My life as liz before I go to sleep!
